Each rank has its own category of the forum, hidden so only those in that rank can see it. The forums are for whatever those in the rank see fit to use it for. Wether it be planning group events, or making sure everyone is doing their job in role play. Possibly even planning out of rp events. Even discussing things rank related such as how to conduct the job in rp, or what the rank in itself means.
The lead of each rank gets moderator powers of their ranks category, and can conduct whatever, however. Leads will be expected to keep track of who is dong their job or wants to be a member of the group. We would like to see the forums used.
